Returns are available for an error in the production of your items or defective item(s) received only. Replacement and refund is at our discretion. Should you receive a damaged or defective product from me, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. We will replace or refund you for the damaged or defective item. I ship from San Diego, CA and currently ship around the world. I am a 1 woman shop so I work my fastest to get orders out in 1-3 days! I draw, make, and ship ALL orders 100% myself out of my own office.
